The Process

Depending on the desires and needs of each client a number of solutions are possible. 

Some clients are simply looking for improvement without a complex study and design. Other clients want a complete analysis and full lighting design, to be assured the best possible results.

For clients looking for the maximum lighting improvement, we start with a videoconference, then perform an on-site inspection. We take light measurements and do a thorough inspection of the room, noting seating, dimensions, colors, textures, objects, etc. Each detail of the room can have an effect on the visual image being sent from your facility.

The information is used to create a computer model of the room. The model is tested with numerous lighting configurations until we determine the correct combination of fixtures and locations to achieve the desired visual results.

When a site visit is not possible, we gather the same information second hand, by working with personnel at the location to provide the necessary information. In instances such as new construction the necessary information can be gathered from the architect and interior designer.

Upon completion of your design, we provide specifications and blue prints. You request bids from one or more licensed electricians to complete the project. We remain "on call" throughout the installation process to assure that the implementation is correct and complete.
